Pioneered the first major sustainable change to the iconic Chuck Taylor All Star in its 100+ year history.

Converse Cultural Collaboration: Dia De Muertos

This project came together with a concept of celebrating Dia de los Muertos in the most authentic way possible.

The sneakers and apparel were just a “canvas” for his art and interpretation of such a culturally meaningful moment.

Innovation 

INNOVATION

Pushing the envelope of the lifestyle brand with performance innovation focused on solving for comfort for today’s consumer.  Typically focused on heritage products the Converse CX line was constructed with our consumer insights and needs at the forefront.  Solve for fit, form, and function. 

Through consumer mapping and insights. Improvements added to the upper were through stretch canvas and textile. CX underfoot foam for more cushioning which is a combo of PU insoles and Phylon midsoles. And the outsole was re-engineered to have more flexibility and rebound.
